Pyramid Global's Leadership Development Program is unlike any other program I saw during the application process leading up to my graduation. Through this program, I was able to learn so many skills by working in management with great mentors who were able to guide me throughout this program. Being able to experience how management operates in the various departments of this resort exposed me to the industry in preparation for a future full of opportunities. Pyramid also does a fantastic job connecting program participants with upper leadership in the company, so they can network and learn from the company's great leaders. I highly recommend this program to other recent graduates and am excited to see how others benefit from it in personalized ways, as I have so far.

My journey through Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Leadership Development Program has been an incredible experience. From day one, I was welcomed by leaders who invested in my growth and gave me opportunities to learn firsthand what it takes to successfully operate a hotel. Working across departments helped me understand how each team contributes to the overall operation and gave me the confidence to become a more well-rounded leader. I also had the opportunity to join a task force at another property, expanding my experience beyond my home hotel and introducing me to another side of the industry. What stands out most is Pyramid’s commitment to developing talent from within. Within a year, I was promoted to Guest Services Manager, and the experience, relationships, and support I gained through the LDP played an important role in preparing me for that next step in my career.
