Ryan Phillips has been with Pyramid Global Hospitality for 26 years, beginning as an overnight security guard at Boston Harbor Hotel and currently serving as General Manager of the Residence Inn Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf. Over the course of his career, Ryan has served at 7 different Pyramid properties in a wide variety of roles. The greatest gift the company has offered him is growth potential. With each position, he gained valuable knowledge about the hospitality industry, as well as empathy for each role that makes a property run--not one less significant than the rest. If you are hungry, Pyramid will feed you. Our company not only values but truly fosters a desire for learning and a strong foundation of TEAM through our APEX program.

Pyramid Global's Leadership Development Program is unlike any other program I saw during the application process leading up to my graduation. Through this program, I was able to learn so many skills by working in management with great mentors who were able to guide me throughout this program.
